So, what does this mean to those of us who aren't law people? What will be the next probable step taken by both sides? Does it mean dredging will be legal again soon?

So how soon before we(I) can start looking to purchase my first dredge! And what paperwork shoud we carry when first starting to dredge under the reversed law? Do we need some type of special-use permit also to dredge on GPAA cliams? Sorry for the greenhorn questions. Just looking for some guidence for those of us looking to make the leap to dredging now that the injunction is overturned
